You can accept our quotations and confirm jobs via fax or e-mail. Services will then be deemed confirmed unless we provide you with further notice, and we will send you an order confirmation via e-email. After receiving our order confirmation, projects could be exclusively cancelled if you provide us with written notice of cancellation at least 30 calendar days before the assignment.
Any request cancelled with less than 30 calendar days notice will be subject to the following penalties :
– Cancellation noticed within 22-30 days from assignment: 30% of total amount
– Cancellation noticed within 15-21 days from assignment: 50% of total amount
– Cancellation noticed within 8-14 days from assignment: 80% of total amount
– Cancellation noticed within 1-7 days from assignment: 100% of total amount
Penalties are due to the fees charged for both on-site time and travel time; after job confirmation our interpreters will keep available for the whole project duration and refuse or give up any other work.

Yes. Any course can be cancelled if you cannot come to a lesson due to work or personal reasons. If so, you will be allowed to change individual course type and duration or cancel your lessons, i.e. switching from group classes to small-group or individual lessons.
As such, price may therefore be reduced or increased with reference to the chosen course type or duration. Cancellation might be subject to an extra fee.[/learn_more]
